Computational

Cancer
Genomics Lab

As opposed to traditional “wet” labs, much of the biological and medical research today is done computationally in what we call “dry” labs. Such research is enabled by large amount of clinical and molecular data collected around the world by the scientific community. Our lab addresses emerging challenges in computational cancer genomics by developing and applying innovative computational methods for cancer data analysis. We work closely with clinicians and experimentalists in Israel and around the world to turn data into knowledge and advance cancer treatment and prevention.
The lab is affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa, Israel.
